This document sets out the terms governing all users' access to and use of the y12 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026 — Version 1.0
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the y12 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document as well as any other policies published by y12 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
To register for and use y12's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming activities is expressly prohibited by local law;
- Register only one account per individual — holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Y12 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any stage and to request appropriate identity verification documents when necessary.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each y12 user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. You are advised to use a strong password and to never share your account details with any third party. y12 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. False or misleading information provided at registration or at any point thereafter may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice and without any refund.
Users are responsible for all activity carried out through their accounts — whether by themselves or any other party — and must ensure it complies with these terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the y12 support team immediately by email at [email protected].
3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct
Users of the y12 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit or manipulate games, payment systems, or any platform functionality;
- Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes;
- Attempting to access the platform's backend systems, databases, or source code without authorisation;
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or special offers through multiple account registrations or other fraudulent methods;
- Using the platform for any illegal activity or to process funds from unlawful sources;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or y12 staff.
Y12 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these rules and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, balance freezing, and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the y12 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local e-wallets, including Boost and Touch'n Go eWallet. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit limits are set by your chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Check your account dashboard for the latest applicable limits.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification has been completed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
- Identity verification: y12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian IC) before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding set limits.
- Transaction validity: All transactions credited to your account are final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred. y12 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or cancel a legitimate transaction through a third-party payment provider without reasonable grounds may result in account suspension and the freezing of associated balances pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, y12 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses incurred during gameplay. Users acknowledge that participation in gaming involves financial risk taken on a voluntary basis.
Account Suspension & Closure
Y12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from competent authorities, or account inactivity for a specified period. Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or automatic closure in accordance with the policy in force at that time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the y12 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, text, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of y12 or its respective content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without express written permission from y12.

The y12 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment gateways. y12 has no control over the content or privacy policies of those third parties and accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from the use of third-party services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
